Great item was a simple enough operation to clear grime from prisms

Rubber is sticky and degrading. The image is double, binoculars are useles. It's called collimation or something, the prisms are misaligned. It's impossible not to know about that when selling a binocular hence the NO RETURN policy. This is not an honest mistake but intentionally selling a damaged product. I would save this seller only to be aware not to buy from in the future. I can't add photos because the main problem is double vision and I can't take picture to that.

No we always except returns??,and cover return costs, but you didn't bother to contact us and wait for a reply , you just jumped up straight on your keyboard and ruined our 100 percent score, Well done ,now you have a broken so you say item and i have bad feedback so nobody won !!
