Bought for my daughter in laws birthday opened the locket to fit photos in very flimmsy and cheap tried to close the locket it wouldn't close properly I'd avoid buying this at all cost it's a cheap chain & locket not worth the £25 I spent on it had to leave a 1 star review as its the lowest I could choose I didn't give it her as very tacky definitely not what I expected it to be the locket came off the hinges when opened

Hello, we would have happily refunded you in full if you had returned the item to us rather than just leave negative feedback. You never gave us a chance to try and put things right for you. If there were a fault with the locket we would have replaced it, if you didn't like the chain, again we would have replaced with a different design.
We do everything we can to make sure our customers are happy with their purchases, but we do have to be given the opportunity to do this.
