I'm sorry to hear about this Charlotte. Unfortunately Royal Mail were slow to process this parcel (it took them almost a week) and this is reflected in the tracking provided. The postage is fair as it cost £2.70 for postage and 30p for the packaging supplied. Once again I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed but I hold myself to a high standard (as you can see by my selling history) and don't usually counter someone's comments but I feel a neutral score without contacting me first is unnecessary.

Changed my illustration game so much!
Amazing item, perfect blend of thin and thick lines and easy to control. Have tried many others like this and I highly recommend this one!
