Arrived late and the product wasn't in a new condition

The balloon was most definitely brand new. It was from a pack of 50 which is why it wasn't individually packaged. For that kind of balloon you have to pay much more than £1.94 + VAT. Also I shouldn't really get negative f/b because the delivery was slow. We are in Ireland and since Brexit all mail has to pass through customs which we advise in large letters in the listing.
All this being said, I have removed all of my listings and will no longer be trading on ebay.

Doesn't fit Dolce Gusto pods properly
I am very disappointed with this product which was sold as fitting the Nescafe Dolce Gusto pods. These pods have a little bobble on the bottom of them and the storage drawer doesn't have anywhere for this bobble to sit. As a result the pods fall over slightly. What a fussy person you must think I am - but the problem is that when the pods are anything other than perfectly flat the drawer won't close. Therefore it becomes an exercise in precision balancing and careful closing in order to make it work properly. Very disappointing as the idea is great - if only the design was correct.
