I appreciate the honesty of the EBay Authenticity program more than ever now! The authenticator found that the bag has been refurbished with multiple issues!! They stated that it was customized?!! What exactly does that mean? Also found it was repainted also. It makes me wonder why the seller even waste everyone’s time when they clearly know it will not pass Ebays inspection. I’m so disappointed in this seller! Seller doesn’t understand "if it’s to good to be true it, it usually is" thx EBay!!

Tried to contact seller no response. No mention of scratches on last hardware, the bag being relined and the fact a screw was missing on the back of the CC Chanel logo. Paid over £300 in import taxes and now need to refund.
