Items initially not posted. When they were, they were delivered to the wrong address (Aust. Post's fault). Advised seller of issue, provided information & screenshots from Aust. Post confirming failed delivery & for seller to contact them. Seller insisted "tracking shows it was delivered". Items refunded by EBAY after asking for assistance, not by seller. Very disappointing (lack of) service from seller.

Hi, sorry, you can check from the Australian website that your parcel was successfully delivered. You said it was delivered to the wrong address, but we contacted the logistics provider and they provided us with a certificate of delivery to prove that the parcel was successfully delivered and you can see that there is no error in the address we delivered it to.
