I was sold a defective golf club. The club I purchased had a feature where you could adjust the loft. I went to adjust it for the first time and realized the club either had been repaired with or was just defective and it wouldn't adjust. Unfortunately, I was 3 weeks past my allowed return date. I reached out to the seller to see if there was anything they would do and they refused to. I understand they didn't have to help me, but hope they'd do the right thing. Beware.
