Bit disappointed
We've had an Aqua Optima for years and some plastic broke that helps secure the filter in the jug - so needed to buy a new filter jug. We decided to try a Brita instead. As we have some of the filters left from the Aqua Optima, we did some reading about which models the filters would be compatible with and picked the Brita Maxtra+
First impressions when we took it out of the box - the plastic is quite thin in comparison to the Aqua Optima and seems a bit flimsy, so not sure how robust it will be. The filter part takes up a lot of space within the jug, so not as much room for filtered water. And, the filters that were supposed to be compatible don't fit in the jug.
Overall, we wished we'd gone for another Aqua Optima instead!
