Worthy upgrade?
Yes! I have yet to fully use this camera, but having had a 40D and infact a 50D, i can say it's all you need in a DSLR. I upgraded from the 40D to 50D as the micro adjustment, better LCD screen and better ISO performance made the cost worth it......the 5D MKII is much better and even more worthwhile imo. Only critisim i have found so far is the AF...it isn't as good as i was expecting. It can hunt a lot and not lock in, whereas both the 40 and 50D had no issues at all. Still to properly try the video, but i'd read the microphone in the front of the camera picks up all the noises of zooming and focusing...it's true and a bit of a shame.
