The music claims to be reggae x belly dance music but there's a hefty dose of rap as well. It's more listenable and better for belly dance than most rap is. An interesting mix of styles, would be better for fusion dance than tribal.

Not bad for fitness but little actual BD instruction.
This dvd has a good short fitness Pilates-for-bellydance section with good warm-up and cool-down sections. It has a couple of bellydance performances but no actually bellydance steps instruction. It has kind of an odd section where the instructor babbles (for lack of a better term) about body awareness and self-esteem and child-bearing that doesn't seem to really fit in with the rest of the DVD, but it's easy to skip through this section. I'd recommend this as a good warm-up routine before practising dance steps.

Recommend against buying this DVD.
The audio (music and voice) were not synced the the visual (dancer/instructor). This makes this video pretty much useless as an exercise or learning DVD. You can't possibly keep time to the music. I don't know if all of the DVDs are cut the same, I would have accepted a replacement but the seller didn't have another.
