Absolutely wrong that ebay leaves this sellers account open when it is clear they are no longer mailing items! Numerous emails ignored and seller never responded. Now having to file case to get my money refunded! Not happy!!!!!

Numerous emails about why my items were never shipped ignored! Now having to open case with ebay to get my money refunded! From previous feedback obviously something has happened to this seller and their account needs SHUT DOWN!!!

Items never shipped, no communication with asking this seller where items were or to offer me an explaination for delay. This was done twice. I then had to get eBay involved and apparently they could not achieve contact either and so customer services refund all my money. Almost a month after I ordered (25 Mar 2024), I got my refund. What happened here? Seller was rated one of the best. I hate to be a person to damage this ranking, but some communication of an issue may have prevented this.
