A beautiful fast growing group of kefir grains, in one month I have divided it among 4 other people
I have just started with kefir a few months ago. I had bought some grains and mistreated them by leaving them in cashew milk too long so I bought this product to start again. A very generous portion of kefir grains arrived in a double bagged bag with milk, I dropped this amount in a cup of milk and by nightfall I had kefir. (I normally wait 24 hours but it is summer and these grains just took off) In 24 hours I started increasing the milk because the grains were working too fast. By 4 days, I was able to pull away some of the baby grains and give to a friend, by 7 days, I gave another friend some (all while culturing nearly 2 cups of kefir every 12 hours). This is a very good culture and I have been quite impressed.
