I am absolutely appalled not only at eBay for the way they handled my issue but the seller for opening a case for what I consider no reason. I was unaware that there was a time limit for returning something from when you start the return, I missed the deadline and was accused of trying to get a refund without returning the item. This is the farthest from the truth and I'm very very disappointed. I need to return these shoes and I can't now. I will not be buying from eBay ever again unbelievable
