I was not aware that I would have to pay an additional £60 for the unit when it arrived, because it was coming from the EU. This should be made clear on the website! Unfortunately when the unit arrived the charging cable was broken, and the cost of shipping a replacement charging cable from Latvia was apparently prohibitively expensive - so I had to buy my own replacement!

We have talked with Tedee manager, they said that you contacted them and said that you broken this charging cable by yourself, so they gave to you our contact information due to you ordered this kit from our eBay store, but for us you said that its arrived broken, what is not possible. We agree to sell you the new cable and send it to you if you pay for item + shipping costs, but not free of charge or guarantee.
