Dear buyer, in the description of the product and also in the title of the product it is written in HUGE letters that you are buying a battery for a scooter, not a scooter. This can also be seen in the pictures. Also the battery price is Ā£289 and the scooter price is Ā£549, before shipping we also sent you an email about this to confirm. You returned the product to us and received a FULL refund, so we donā€™t understand your review when you made a mistake and we did everything to fix it...
