I ordered a Belarus rebuild kit. The kit arrived in the US from Ukraine within 2 weeks of being shipped. Upon receiving the order, one of the cylinder sleeves had a small groove in the inside wall. I contacted the seller and he replied immediately. The seller shipped me a replacement part and I recieved it in about 10 days of being shipped.
