The Stuhrling Original team are A+++ Customer service and communication. I believe they actually cared about making sure I was a happy customer. I own many tourbillons at a price point of $2000.00 or less and the Stuhrling Eclipse a well built piece of art with incredible detail. The pictures do not do this justice. *I did get the SILVER - SILVER Eclipse even though the feedback is under the Black Gold. If you are on the fence about a tourbillon go Stuhrling #1 on eBay. Lightning fast delivery!

Pictures in the listing do not match the item. Watch has a nice blue dial but the one I received has a black dial. I contacted the seller several times to know if I was sent the wrong item or is the watch I received is the correct one but no answer at all. Hit the return button, return was promptly accepted but no answer to my questions. Still debating if I return it or no, it was for a gift...
