They wanted to issue a refund and asked if I could confirm that I was ok with it. It's a shame that the item was found to be faulty, but at least the seller did not send it any way. I'd like to see every seller on Ebay go plastic-free as there are now amazing and affordable environmentally friendly materials available to replace plastic bags, padding and tape. I'd feel better about my purchase if I didn't end up having to bin so much packaging waste.
