    Brilliant screw set, exactly what I needed! The machining quality is fantastic and as described. The condition and appearance were immaculate in the sealed box. An incredibly useful kit. Couldn't be happier with the value. Postage and packaging was top-tier and sent fast - they even shipped delayed for me (on my request) due to being out on holiday and not being able to receive it. TOP CLASS. ✅🔩

    Unfortunately this item was damaged by the courier and never delivered (I have bought one before so I know the description was correct etc.) They are very good and support heavy items well. The company were very good at communication and I received a full refund.

    Had to return item for refund as the description said the frame colour was BLACK and mine arrived silver alloy and would have looked terrible for using the camera discreetly. Small Rig said this was normal and colours can vary ? due to production, they offered me a discount refund to keep the item and my top drawer full more tat but after an email in returns they agreed I could send it back for a refund. Don't get me wrong its a great quality item very functional sadly just the wrong colour

    Item was shipped and received very quickly. I am not sure why the seller used a gigantic box as the 2 packages are relatively small, but they were at least very well protected, which is reassuring as everything was brand new. The tripod and dolley seem to be of very good quality. Thanks a lot for a smooth transaction. Highly recommended seller!
