ScubaCrap.com is the brainchild of a Scuba Instructor and dive store owner who became disheartened with the amount of people he came into contact with who “got a deal” on scuba equipment only to find that the cost of repairing it and bringing it up to speed was almost as much as buying new gear. ScubaCrap.com was created with the understanding that there is a lot of good scuba equipment sitting on shelves and in garages wasting away when it could be serviced, inspected and given a new home. ScubaCrap.com is a website that allows people to get rid of the scuba gear that they have lying around and exchange it for something more useful. Scuba Crap is most beneficial to divers who want to trade-in their gear.

No where on ebay does it say anything about combining two separate orders while the seller still charges two full shipping rates. Two separate orders were placed and paid for - but the seller charged the $48.50 *each* and then put the two purchases in one box - without reaching out to me or giving me the opportunity to have any input. The actual shipping cost was no where near $48.50 - but the seller still charged nearly $100 for shipping and at no time contacted to ask if they could combine.

The shipping that is charged is figured out automatically by eBay. There is little control over what is charged once we put the dimensions and weight into the order. Some places cost more. In this case we put the two products that were purchased into the same box because they were going to the same address. The buyer paid this and agreed to the eBay terms prior to us even receiving notification from eBay. We recieved no additional contact before or after they were delivered on time.
