Arrived in great condition. Size and design closely matches my other Presidential coffee mugs. Very pleased with this purchase and I’ll follow this vendor with an eye toward future similar themed products.

Lightning-fast shipping! Packaged very well so no damage would be done during shipping. But the bottom of the mug is not smooth at all. It's all brown. When you run your finger around the bottom it feels very gritty. There is also 2 small chips on the bottom of the mug where it is brown. I'm disabled so it's a hassle to return it. I'm in love with the logo so I will just deal with it. Use a coaster or it will scratch the surface otherwise. I would not recommend this mug. I'm so disappointed.
