In your description it did say two pieces. I feel that it is mis leading to show the entire 2 piece set when you are only selling the jacket Why not just show the jacket only then it would not be any mistakes. Now I have a jacket with not matching shell top. I am very disappointed.

We understand you mentioned you are new to eBay, but nowhere in the listing does it say "2-piece." It clearly shows and states it is one piece. This appears to be a misunderstanding by the buyer, and it isn't fair to blame the seller for a mistake made by the buyer. We also offered a free return, which the buyer refused. What more can a seller do to assist a buyer who has made a mistake?
