    In spite of being very well packaged and no indication of damage to the outer shipping box or the original box the item was not delivered in the the condition that was pictured. Two parts of the building are broken off and the wood structure, the boat lift is in several pieces. I wouldn’t have bought if I knew it was in the condition that was delivered.

    Purchased the Ubiquiti UniFi UDM-Pro from this seller and couldn’t be more satisfied. It arrived exactly as described—clean, well-packaged, and in excellent cosmetic condition. It powered on and worked perfectly right out of the box. Great value for the price, especially considering how well it was maintained. Looks almost brand new. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely buy from this seller again!
