Violin Rib bender arrived in a box with shattered styrofoam inside. It acted like it was working but no heat. I contacted the seller who wanted to send me a new heating unit if I did not open an eBay claim, and I agreed. The heating unit never arrived, no tracking number was provided.
I have taken the unit apart and found the circuit board burnt that connect to the heating unit. This is not a new unit. The heater is 10V but connected to 110V and is good. Avoid this product and avoid seller.

I can feel the edges of the inlays, which means someone is making guitar parts while lacking understanding of what they're doing and why. The inlays need to be installed BEFORE the radius sanding, so they'll end up completely and automatically flush with the rest of the fingerboard. It takes more than a CNC program to make a proper guitar neck.
