  I purchased this product thinking it would be shipped exactly as it appeared in the auction, but it arrived defective, with stains on the screen, a battery in “good” condition when its label said it was “excellent,” and the back cover broken. The seller offered me a return, but unfortunately the shipping cost was too high, so we agreed on a $20 refund. I strongly advise the seller to list the real specifications of the computers they sell. but this time my experience was bad.

  Product was as described. Originally a corporate Win11 Install, but I reset with Win 10 Pro and upgraded to Win 11 Pro with no problems. The product was well packed and shipped on time. Clean and a great value ThinkPad.
