Price was higher than I would have liked. Otherwise I received what I needed in a timely manner.

Item was priced less than any others listed on Ebay @ $12.95. We do our best to list our items at fair & reasonable pricing. The item purchase was reasonably priced for brand new & comparison pricing on Ebay. It is the Buyers decision in the end when purchasing an item re: price at time of purchase as we have no control over their decision. If you are not happy with the price, you need to look elsewhere & not blame a Seller for pricing items high when in reality the price is fair & reasonable.

The wallet is smaller than expected and, though the same brand as a Clark’s wallet I had before, this one is much smaller than that one. I politely reached out to the seller to explain and ask if I could return it, and he responded that the measurements were listed so it’s my error. I would have paid the shipping back so I don’t understand why the seller would not even consider helping me out.

Buyer is not being truthful. She reached out w/ no mentioning she would pay for S/H. The wallet was desc. accurately w/ measurements. We did not blame the buyer. We informed her the measurements were in the description & we do not provide returns unless we are clearly at fault or item has arrived broken in S/H to the customer. This customer cannot leave neg. feedback when measurements are in desc. or we do not agree to a return which Ebay has indicated we do not have to accept. Ebay will remove!
