I am issuing this comment from this seller, I bought a helmet from him and I am going to verify it with a graph, he is totally irresponsible, he did not give me any answer in relation to the fact that he sold me the helmet with manufacturing problems and he never showed me his face or gave me a solution to the problem.

You sent us a message yesterday about the defect. We didn't reply yet, because yesterday was a national holiday. I'm honestly suprised that you found it necessary to leave a negative feedback before giving us to chance to solve the problem. The "defect" in this case is an imperfection, not a defect. Carbon fiber helmets are man made and every helmet will have imperfections unfortunately. If you're not happy with the helmet, please request a return for it through your ebay order overview.
