Before purchasing, asked about battery life. Was told this phone had a brand new battery installed.
After receiving the phone, it would randomly shut off and back on, freeze up, and would die at around 30%. Sleeping one night, I heard a pop and my screen protector had snapped in half. Battery had swelled up causing my screen to lift away from phone and was very hot. Brought it to a phone repair shop where they told me it was at the end of life and not safe. Def not a new battery. Seller lied.

It’s said the factory unlocked & when I receive it & transfer my number to this iPhone 14 , my data doesn’t work because this phone it’s LOCK . I’m about to sent it back to the seller . But yeah this phone is still new
