The vacuum was exactly as described. It works great. When I received the box, the box was pretty torn up but the vacuum was intact. I'm assuming it was from the mail and not the seller.

Communication and speed of shipping good. Drill operated well. However chuck was missing. In all fairness, it did not show on the pictures. However something that important in the operation of the drill should have been noted missing in the description. I have to spend another $8 to get one to get the drill operational.
