Very fast shipping, toke 4 days from china to Newyork. Product very well packaged and as described and good quality. All installation and setup necessary documents in the box. There is a lot installation video in Youtube and and also send their company’s own youtube videos about how to install it. Seller very response for any of f my questions. Product work and still testing it and will update if any issue but for now so far so good. Recommended seller

The Car Media System didn't work as described. After many hours trying and writing back and forth, the seller proposed a solution which wasn't acceptable at all (running an audio cable to an external Aux port). Other features on the system didn't work as well as described. At the end I had to return the item, spending another 2 hours to pack and drive 40 km for a Fedex package station. Got my money back after 3 weeks

Cost $988aud,item doesn't work properly. Spent over 3 weeks with videos and messages trying to fix it with seller, asked for a new one and would send faulty back once new arrives as can't drive car without displaying. They didn't want to send to me.wanted faulty one back first.would have to wait another 2 weeks without driving car. Made me close the dispute on ebay, Tried to reopen dispute again on ebay but cannot do it now.Dont trust they will refund my money direct after I return item.Stuck.

Very high quality and integration with the factory bmw stereo/controls/bus system is almost perfect. Not 100% but V good. A few annoying things: having to change back to the factory radio to get a radio, then having to change the audio source to aux. again when you want the new system. Wife seems to have the hang of it now. Also an issue with the phone answering if it’s paired with the new system and you are on the old bmw radio. Get a pro install. The fit is TIGHT: lots of dash to remove on e87
