The item was advertised as new, but the box was not shrink-wrapped. The components are packaged, so at least it’s not a total scam.
I paid to have the package delivered to my home, but instead it was delivered to a post office, so I had to go get it and pay 13 euros (on a 50 euro item!) in additional fees that had nothing to do with import, but only with how the package was shipped.
Ebay customer service was also completely unhelpful. Use Vinted instead.
