Product arrived a little later than I expected and seller was a little slow to respond BUT the product was in good condition as advertised and well packaged.

The buyer is correct that the item arrived a bit later than it should have. Unfortunately, eastern Pennsylvania experienced a strong storm with flooding that resulted in my internet being out for two days that prevented me from generating a shipping label. My apologies and I am glad it arrived safely.

I am grateful that this was available at a very reasonable price, & after I won it, it was shipped quickly. It arrived today. Shipping costs were OK. The Lladro is smaller than I was expecting, so I'm very glad it was only $20. Still, it will make a good addition to my collection. Thank you!
