  I ordered a laptop from these guys and UPS delivered it to the wrong address....This seller was SUPER....They stayed with me all the way and found out where it went,when UPS wouldn't even talk to me..I placed a UPS claim and UPS closed the claim, and gave no reason..It was going to stay lost until this seller found it. The product the seller sent me was better than advertised. The packing was better than OEM. In all my years and decades of buying thru Ebay, this was the best transaction ever

  I ordered a Dell laptop computer from this seller, & quality is superb, condition is good for its age, just like described in the listing. It feels solid, all keys functional, and is a work horse. Seller provides a high level of value for the money, so I recommend you look at the items in their store; I believe you'll find something you want.   Dell Latitude 5421. Overall happy with the purchase and experience with the seller. I had a bad stick of RAM and discovered this about a week after receiving. I was able to test and troubleshoot and isolate the problem. Contacted the seller and asked if they could send a replacement stick of RAM. I received a quick response and quickly placed a replacement stick in the mail. 5-Stars for service. Laptop seems good, and came in great shape. I like the black cover on the top. Thank you
