Delivery
Delivery can be arranged anywhere in the world but this is at a extra cost to the winning bidder. We do find our quotes very resemble and we do work hard to get the best price for our customers. For delivery's in the UK we can do in house but a small cost to the customer. Starting delivery cost in the UK £65 up to 100 miles from our location this is for larger items only. smaller items can be posted using TNT postage services.
Payment
All major credit and debit cards Cheques ( cheques must be cleared before item is either collected or delivered ) All payments must be cleared funds in our account before collection or delivery. IF PAYING BY PAY PAL FEES WILL BE CHARGED AT COST ON TOP OF FINAL SELLING PRICE.

Remember, your bid is a legal and binding contract, and we treat it as such. To help avoid legal action, please don't bid if you are not prepared to pay. Occasionally we must end an auction early due to an error in the listing, discovery of damage to an item, or sale of the item in our local store. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee your request will be fulfilled because it might not get to your order prior to packaging or shipment. Remember most antiques will show some wear as they are old and have been used. In some instances there might be prior repairs that we are not aware of. No refunds will be made due to a repair allegedly de-valuing the item. We are highly experienced with antiques, but are not professional appraisers. We make no guarantees on the age or appraised value of these antiques. If we state an age in our description, it is correct to the best of our knowledge. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in shipping we will repair or replace the item with a similar item, at our discretion, and of course try to make you as happy as possible. We are professional and have been in the antique business for over 30 years. We are committed to EXCELLENCE and our staff are trained to treat our customer's right! Measurements are deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. On rare occasions, we do make typographical or clerical errors. If you believe there is a factual discrepancy, please notify us prior to the end of the auction for clarification.
