Due to the nature of the products we sell coming from Japan and America in most cases, we do not cover delivery wear to packaging and advise all buyers to take this in to consideration before buying.

Likewise, many of the products we sell are individually hand painted in the same countries. This kind of paintwork varies and no two of an item are the same, and it is not uncommon to see minor 'flaws' in hand done paintwork. Manufacturers, distributors, and ourselves, do not accept this as a reason for a return.
