1: PAYMENT:
We offer inland & overseas postal discounts on all our buy it now items but you will not see the discounts unless you log into the UK site. If you are forced to overpay postage you will receive a refund of any overpaid amount. I accept PayPal or Cash on collection.
2: DISPATCH: I dispatch from London UK with a certificate of postage. If you want your item tracked & insured please select the SIGNED FOR or TRACKED postal service when you pay. Buyers & sellers are only covered by PayPal policy when shipping to the address registered with PayPal. If you want your item shipped to an alternative address you will need to add the alternative address during the paypal payment process. You will receive a confirmation email through eBay messaging when your goods have been dispatched. Please do not request additional postal requirements after you have ordered as it may alter the postage cost. If you live outside UK & your order exceeds £25 it is advisable that you pick the SIGNED FOR delivery option so it can be tracked.
3: DELIVERY: UK purchases should take 1-3 days. International orders are normally delivered within 7 to 14 days but can occasionally take longer depending on the postal service in your area. Also note that weather conditions locally or globally like floods, snow, volcanic eruptions along with industrial action etc, can also cause delays. Please message me if your item has not arrived. If you open a resolution case you can only be refunded. I promise to solve any problem swiftly & professionally without the need of mediation from eBay. Of course it is your choice but if you do open a resolution case there is no room for an alternative solution as I am required to follow eBay policy & refund you immediately or I will receive a strike from eBay. From the date you receive your purchase you have 30 days to return it & 60 days to leave feedback so please give me a chance to rectify the situation first. I normally reply to emails sent through eBay's messaging system within 1-2 hours Mon-Friday 10am-9pm.
4: GUARANTEE: my main objective is your satisfaction & I believe this is reflected in my 100% positive feedback score & my eBay Premium Service seller status. All my items are personally graded by me. However I am human & sometimes I may make a mistake. If there is a problem with your purchase please let me know as soon as possible. There are many ways to rectify mistakes so please give me a chance to help before you inform eBay or PayPal. Rest assured you will be dealt with fairly. Please read my return policy.
5: I will not tolerate abuse, threats or blackmail. Note that eBay encourage sellers to use the (report buyer) link which is available to all sellers. If a buyer abuses the returns process or acts unreasonably some buyers may find themselves blocked form other sellers due to the exchange of "bad buyer lists". There are several websites & forums that display "Bad Buyer" lists. Good manners & kindness is highly valued & costs nothing.
