I have ordered books from WOB in the past and whilst their customer service is always excellent, as it was on this occasion, the description ‘very good’ could not be further from the truth. The book is very grubby and not very nice to handle at all. I wish I had put my money towards buying a brand new book from another seller, but I bought in confidence based on my previous experience. Disappointed on this occasion and my feedback is based purely on the order to delivery process.
