Item desxribed as English language, but by trying to watch the movie, it turns out to be Italian language and NOT as described in the item description Language; English!
a) Misleading b) this item did cost me now the price + VAT to the UK
b) the IOSS not completed by the seller and I faced double VAT in Ireland + import charges + €6.26.
c) So at the end a used DVD with the wrong language (Italian language) did cost me about €13.00
This is NOT acceptable!
