Good seller, but poor shipper.
Seller used two wraps of ranpack paper to protect this & shipped in a plastic envelope. So it arrived broken in two. Answered promptly when I emailed & apologised & offered a full refund. After I sent the requested pics, I heard nothing more. I had to go through eBay, & ended up settling for a half-refund (because at least I can hopefully glue it back together). Obviously, this made what had been a really positive interaction into not-so-good of one.
