All orders accepted by MightyMan are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supercede any previous terms & conditions. Orders

Every effort is made to fulfil orders on a daily basis. We will endeavour to deliver any order within 3-4 working days however we do not accept responsibility for late delivery.

Delivery

Orders placed before 13:00 hrs will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 hrs may be processed the following day.

Exchange & Refunds

Items will be exchanged if returned in an unused condition providing they are returned within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning unsuitable goods must be down to the purchaser.

Items must be returned unworn, with their original tags and in their original packaging i.e. shirts should be re-packed in their cellophane bags with all packaging contained correctly. Not all of our goods come in cellophane or plastic bags, so please re-fold goods so they can go straight back into stock for another customer.

Any faulty garments will be refunded upon inspection by MightyMan. The original paperwork must be returned with the garments in all instances.

Please make sure your size is correct as all exchanges will incur further postal charges.
