By purchasing from us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our returns policy.
 
1). We do not ship any items to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs or BFPOs.
 
2). We do not combine shipping and there is no local pickup
 
3). We will only ship to the confirmed paypal address
 
4). We dispatch items Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm only. We do NOT dispatch items on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays.
 
5). Some products which we sell we do NOT ship to some parts of the UK. These products include but are NOT limited to the below:

- Items containing liquids and fluids
- Items containing alcohol or isopropyl
- Aerosol sprays

The above items cannot be shipped to the following locations:

This means that if you had purchased from the retailer directly yourself you would've paid a lower price. If you do not agree with this practice then do not purchase from us.
 
10). Many of our items are shipped by amazon logistics. This is because we use them as a fulfilment centre for many of our items. As a result, the item you purchase may arrive in a box with their logo. If you do not agree with this then do not purchase from us.
 
11). We are a clearing house for many high street retailers and online retailers. As a result the item you purchase may arrive in a box with the logo of a high street retailer or an online retailer. If you do not agree with this practice then do not purchase from us.

PART 1 of 2:
- What to do if you no longer want an item you've purchased, And/Or;
- What to do if you mistakenly purchase the wrong item
 
You must notify us that you no longer want the item, or that you've mistakenly purchased the wrong item within 48 hours of receiving the item. You must notify us by ebay message.
 
In order to be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to us in the below condition:
A). In its original packaging
 
You will pay the postage costs to return the item to us in the event that you've changed your mind and no longer want the item. Or in the event that you've mistakenly purchased the wrong item.
 
 
PART 2 of 2:
- What to do if you receive an item that’s not as described or defective
 
You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the item that it is not as described or is defective. You must notify us by ebay message.
 
You must provide photographic evidence which shows how the item you've received differs from the item description or that shows how it is defective.
 
We will pay the postage costs to return the item to us in the event that you are able to prove the item is not as described or is defective.
 
The item must be returned to us within 7 days of us agreeing to a return.
