Zinc oxide has substantial advantages including large exciton binding energy, as demonstrated by efficient excitonic lasing on optical excitation.In this book, the optical properties of undoped Zinc Oxidewere observed by experimenting with various substrate temperatures with Mist Chemical Vapor Deposition (Mist-CVD) technique.

DVD arrived a day late, but this was not the seller's fault, as the postie said that they had a backlog. DVD in excellent, new condition. Haven't had time to watch yet, but was surprised that it comes with Dutch subtitles, as I wasn't expecting that! I'm sure that I can ignore, when I watch the film, though.
