Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Fluttering Muse Design on eBay. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the services provided by Fluttering Muse Design.
 
1. International Shipping
 
1.1 Shipping Policies: We offer international shipping to select countries as mentioned in the item listing. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Our Print Providers are able to ship to most countries, except for Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.
 
1.2 Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs clearance procedures and are not guaranteed. We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
 
2. Returns Policy
 
2.1 Return Eligibility: Fluttering Muse Design offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of delivery to afford for the 30 days Fluttering Muse Design has to process the return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You must provide a clear photo showing issue for confirmation.
 
2.2 Return on Multiples: If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
 
2.3 Return Process: All products are unique and produced only once ordered. Buyers must contact us before initiating a return. Please note that Fluttering Muse Design will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color.
 
2.4 Delivery Issues: In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5 for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
 
3. Use of Designs with Permission and Royalties
 
3.1 Intellectual Property: All designs, artwork, and content created and displayed on Fluttering Muse Design are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these designs is prohibited, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
 
3.2 Permission for Use: Individuals or entities seeking to use our designs must obtain explicit written permission. Contact MellowDey Trueblood at Fluttering Muse Design for inquiries regarding the use of our designs.
 
3.3 Royalties: Any authorized use of our designs may require the payment of royalties. The terms and conditions for royalties will be outlined in the agreement granting permission for use.
 
4. General Terms
 
4.1 Accuracy of Information: We strive to provide accurate and updated information about our products and services. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our eBay listings. We use production partners and depending on location and unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur. We will always be persistent at keeping you updated on your purchases and any changes that may occur. Customer Service is our top priority, quality assurance is our second in command.
 
4.2 Changes to Terms: Fluttering Muse Design reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
