    Here at Mega-Nutrition Ltd we guaranteed that any products you receive from us will be from the latest stock with the most recent Expiry Dates! We are highly rated on eBay always and for good reason!!!
     
    Domestic Orders;- We guarantee that 95% of orders will arrive by the 2nd working day after dispatch when selecting RM24. We also offer RM48 standard mail and a 24 hour Express Service using APC. Daily cut off time is 2pm, so any orders placed after that will not be dispatched until the following day.
     
    We do always recommend to select a registered postal service so that in the event an item is lost or delayed we can locate the item or obtain compensation. Royal Mail no longer compensate business account holders for lost unregistered items and so this is why we always recommend to select a registered postal service. We cannot grant compensation for items that are delayed but we do assure you that we always honour all our sales in FULL should your item not turn up after a reasonable amount of time has passed.
     
    We please ask that you allow 5 working days before querying the whereabouts of any orders to give the item a chance to arrive should it be delayed. Most items will arrive within this time frame should an unforeseen delay happen.
     
    For larger multiple orders please click "Request Total From Seller" once you proceed to the checkout and we will get back to you shortly with a discounted invoice. Often for larger multiple orders you will receive some extra discount from that of what is advertised when you request an invoice especially for international sales
     
    All orders are dispatched within 24 hours during the week. As mentioned above our daily cut off time for dispatch is 2pm!
     
    International orders;- If you live inside the E.U please allow 5-10 working days for orders to arrive. If you are outside the E.U and have selected "Royal Mail Airmail" then delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to Customs in your Country. With Royal Mail Airmail we have no ability to track or locate items so we do recommend to use our other signed for postal option as outlined in our terms and conditions. Health supplements are often treated as suspicious due to their nature and mistook as medications which can delay delivery times. We always recommend to select "Parcel Force Global Value" postage to avoid any problems locating items if the item is lost or delayed.
     
    NOTE - We cannot guarantee delivery times to Italy. This is because the Italian postal service is the one of the worst in Europe. They fail to delivery on time about 90% of the time. Items will arrive they will just take longer than anticipated.
