WARRANTY

The watches yielded for sale by LWM Italia Srl are always delivered with a certificate/declaration of guarantee on the originality, lawful provenance, good working, valid for 12 months.

The warranty covers any mechanical damage that the watch may have, excluding the one from waterproofness, even if is reported the marks from the Maison productive on waterproof.

This is because, despite the fact most watches are waterproof we strongly recommend avoiding the watch any contact with water, especially salty water, that it can anyhow damage the watch and create other damage due to the creation of condensation that is formed inside.

Our warranty does not cover any accidental damage to the watch due to misuse occurring after delivery of the watch to the buyer.

RECESSRIGHT

In the case of withdrawal – a guarantee for defects and product discrepancies – the provisions of the Consumer Code apply (Article 52 of D. Lgs. 206/2005 as amended by D. Lgs. 21/2014).

The client will be granted the rights listed by that legislation and must be exercised in the terms described in it.

The ability to return the products in no way limits the legal guarantee that is due to the customer without any reservations.

The items must be properly returned packed in its original packaging, as it has been delivered previously to the buyer, not ruined, damaged or dirty, and equipped with eventually delivered kit. If the original packaging is lost, the customer will have to replace the original package at his own expense in order to be able to return the purchased item.

The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the returned asset resulting from a usage other than the one mentioned above.
