Ordered REM CD box set. Did not receive it. I read the other negative reviews for Rarewaves but was attracted by the relatively low price. Did not arrive after a week. Checked their site and the box set which showed 8 copies when I ordered it was gone. I knew it would never arrive. Emailed the company and was told to wait a bit longer. After 2 weeks asked for a refund, which they did. Only good thing I can say about them is they respond fairly promptly. Would advise not to use this company.
