2. Podstawą prawną przetwarzania Twoich danych osobowych jest art. 6 ust. 1 lit. B i c - RODO, gdzie celem jest wykonywanie umowy sprzedaży produktów i usług oferowanych na aukcjach oraz wypełnienie obowiązku prawnego ciążącego na administratorze w zw. z art. 74 ust. 2 ustawy o rachunkowości.
3. Dane osobowe będą przechowywana przez okres konieczny do wypełnienia obowiązku podatkowego. Wszelkie dane przetwarzane na potrzeby rachunkowości oraz ze względów podatkowych przetwarzamy przez 5 lat liczonych od końca roku kalendarzowego, w którym powstał obowiązek podatkowy.
4. Informujemy, że masz prawo do dostępu do swoich danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, żądania ich usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia, wyrażenia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania swoich danych osobowych oraz wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego - Urzędu Ochrony Danych.
