    If goods are damaged in transit or defective, you must inform us through eBay within 48 hours of receipt. Where an item is listed as sold with fault, no claims for defective items can be made and returns are not accepted. Adequate packing and postal insurance must be provided for any returned items. All returned items are subject to inspection by our courier and our returns department. If no defect is found, and the item is in full working order, the item will be returned to the buyer, and postage and admin costs will be charged.
