Shipping Information
By default we will ship your order to your PayPal address, if you wish for your order to be dispatched to an alternative address, please change your address on PayPal when checking out.
 
If you are unable to receive your delivery, you will be left a calling card. The calling card will provide you details of how you can arrange for your parcel to be redelivered. If you do not arrange for it to be collected within seven working days, the parcel will be returned to us. We will then require you to pay the postage to re send the parcel out.
If you need your item fast we offer Royal Mail Next Day Delivery - this service is available Monday - Thursday, please note the orders must be placed before 12noon to be received next day. If you need your item to be dispatched via Next Day Saturday Delivery then your order must be placed before noon on Friday and you will have to contact our office in order to arrange an additional payment for this service latest by 12 noon.
 
We also send items internationally via Royal Mail International Small Packets Service (or Signed For Airmail for multiple purchases). To find our prices, please click on “See all Detail” under Postage or go to “Combined Shipping” section. Please note all multiple purchases with 3 or more items will be dispatched via Signed for Delivery and your postage discount will be calculated accordingly. The total weight for the International Signed for service cannot exceed 2kg, if your ordered goods weight more than 2kg then your order will be dispatched in more than one parcel. The delivery timeframe for Europe is approx 5-10 and approx 7-21 days outside EU
Please note once your parcel is received in your country, then your countries postal service procedures will apply. Any additional costs for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. For more detailed information please contact your local customs office.
If you don't receive your parcel within 5 working days please check your tracking number. If the parcel can’t be located then we will have to wait a minimum of 15 working days from dispatch date for us to refund or replace the item (UK ONLY). International and EU parcels will need to wait a minimum of 21 working days from dispatch date for us to refund or replace the item.
We cannot guarantee delivery times as the times are only approximate.
