2) The prerequisite for order completion is the correct placement of the order on the shop’s web site, selection of the payment method and the delivery method for the selected product or products.
3) The prices of goods displayed in the on-line shop www.rbnextfurniture.co.uk include VAT. The price displayed next to the product is binding only after the shop has confirmed your order.
4) RB Next Furniture LTD reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer, as well as to introduce and withdraw products from the offer, and the right to conduct and cancel promotional campaigns on the www.rbnextfurniture.co.uk web site.
5) Each order is confirmed with an invoice enclosed with the email; the client receives the invoice automatically.
6) The shop will proceed with the order only after the payment for the invoice is credited into the account. If there is no payment after 7 days from the date of order placement, the order will be cancelled.
 
COMPLETION AND DELIVERY TIME OF YOUR ORDER

PRODUCT RETURNS - Complaints
1) Products can be returned on the grounds of their nature (very complicated structure of the components) only after such return has been agreed with the shop. We would like to inform you that all the baskets, lighting or mechanisms are comprised of numerous assemblies and components and we can only accept product returns if the product is complete. We reserve the right to reject a return if the product is incomplete.
The returned products must not show signs of wear and must be in their original packaging.
2) Complaints are accepted for goods, complaints concerning damage or dents must be reported to the courier and the client must obtain a damage record.
NOTE!!!
The complaints concerning products which have been reported earlier and agreed with the customer service will be considered only if they are sent to us complete and in the manufacturer’s packaging. Incomplete products will be rejected as a matter of principle. The buyer pays for return transport.
